1. TELL US WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
During a pressure-free discovery meeting, you’ll spend 20-30 minutes getting to know us and telling us how you plan to live in your new home.

2. CHOOSE THE HOME YOU LIKE
We’ll set up a personalized tour for you based on your wish list. You’ll have fun viewing our homes, touching everything, and getting all your questions answered. Once you find “the one,” we make it yours.

3. SIGN A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
We’ll sit down to review the agreement and answer any questions you have. Pay a $3,000 deposit via personal check or money order (which will be applied towards closing costs). Once we have lender approval you’ll be ready for orientation and closing!
